Samuel Whitworth
Born and raised in Pasadena California, Samuel Whitworth's first love for photography started in high school while taking a required computer class in 2006. He had to take a picture of himself and cut it out out via photoshop and paste it on a photo from the web. It looked extremely fake but that was all it took for Samuel to fall in love with retouching which eventually lead to photography soon after. Samuel's photography career blossomed from his small studio he built out of his parents garage where he shot both product and people. Samuel nailed a internship right after high school with a magazine called Tight Rope Magazine. He was able to use studio space in exchange for his creative services while also managing the studio. He started to shoot whatever the magazine threw at him and eventually built a portfolio. Shortly after that Samuel went on to be nationally published for his first time in Ebony Magazine.
Samuel's work has been featured on New York's Madison Square Garden Billboard, CBS studios hit show Criminal Minds, Vogue, GQ, Ebony, and Essence Magazine. His professional work consist of a-list actors, comedians, models, businesses and people all around the world.
